Can I invest in NCX AU?

What pairs does NCX have available for trade?


NCX currently has:

Can I list my own ICO or Token on the NCX exchange?


If you're interested in having your own ICO or token listed on the NCX exchange please get in touch with our customer relations team at customerrelations@ncx.com.au.




Who can trade on the NCX platform?


Currently the NCX platform is available to individuals with Australian Residence only. If you are not an Australian resident or cannot provide proof of your Australian Residency you will be unable to be verified and trade on the Australian platform. We will be releasing platforms in additional countries over the coming months with the option for oversease residence to trade on these. Onboarding for Australian Business and Corporate accounts is now open, if you'd like further information on this please contact our corporate team on corporate@ncx.com.au




What payment types are available on the NCX platform?


NCX accept direct bank desposits into our Australian bank accounts only. As other payment methods become available we will announce these. To be one of the first to be notified of these please subscribe to our mailing list here.




What fees do NCX charge?


NCX's fee schedule can be viewed here.

It is important to note that all transactions on the blockchain do incur a blockchain mining fee that cannot be mitigated or covered by NCX.

What services do NCX provide?


NCX currently provide a trading platform only where people can buy and sell Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash using Australian Dollars. Whilst we are in the process of planning serveral other services these will be announced in due course, closer to their launch dates. Will NCX be launching an ICO?


Once NCX has established itself, in the next 12 to 24 months, we plan on launching an ICO.

Where is NCX's Customer Support team located?


NCX AU have put together an Australian Support team working out of Subiaco, Western Australia. They will be available during WAST business hours (9am-5pm), Monday to Friday. The team will not be available during local public holidays, except for emergencies. For out of office hours emergencies please call our support number on 1300 358 044.

Does NCX AU have referral and affiliate programs available?


NCX is in the process of implementing some affiliate or referral programs including special offers to users you refer or bring onboard. If you'd like more information on when these will be available or more details of what these may include please contact our corporate team at corporate@ncx.com.au




How do I deposit funds? (AUD)


To deposit Australian Dollars into your NCX account you’ll need to navigate to the Funds page. You can do this from the main trading page by hovering over your email address in the top right corner and clicking “Funds”. Alternatively this can be done from the NCX Account Settings page located on the top banner. From this page you’ll be able to select which option you would like to deposit funds for. If you want to deposit AUD into your NCX account you’ll need to send a bank transfer to the NCX bank account which is avaialbile on the funds deposit page for registered users. The Funds page will allow you to generate a unique reference number along with setting the amount you wish to deposit. With your chosen financial institute create a deposit to the above Bank Account details, stipulate the unique reference number that is generated for you in the description field. Your fiat deposit requests will appear under Deposit History in a Submitting state, once the funds have been received by NCX the request will be updated to an Accepted state to indicate the deposit has been completed. Once your deposit has been made via your financial institution please allow up to 1-3 business days plus normal bank processing times for your deposit to be received, your request will then be approved and the funds added to your NCX Account. This process can be delayed if you did not put the reference number in the description field. You can cancel a Deposit request by clicking the Cancel option located under State/Action in Deposit History. Please note that if you have already deposited funds but wish to cancel the Deposit you will need contact NCX Customer Service for assistance.




How do I deposit funds? (Crypto)


If you want to deposit Crypto into your NCX account you’ll need to use your current wallet services, local wallet, mobile terminal or online wallet to create a deposit to send to your NCX Account. Navigate to the funds section of your NCX account and select your Crypto to Deposit, there will be a deposit address and QR code displayed. If you use a Mobile Wallet then you can scan the QR code in order to deposit to your NCX account. Otherwise you’ll need to copy the deposit address into your Wallet of choice, fill in the amount you wish to deposit then confirm the transfer to send the Crypto to your NCX Account. You can check the status of your Crypto transfer on the Funds Page in the Deposit History section. Once your deposit has been made please allow standard Blockchain processing times for your deposit to be received. If you have not seen your deposit come through to your NCX wallet within 90 minutes please contact our support team at support@ncx.com.au or give us a call on 1300 358 044. If it is outside of standard business hours (9am-5pm Monday to Friday) please advise that this is an urgent matter and where possible we will attempt to get back to you asap, at the latest the following business day.
